We strive to process all orders within 1-2 business days. Once it has shipped, the average delivery time is 9-15 business days.

For orders that involve personalization (letters, symbols, etc...), dispatch takes a bit longer as these items are made to order.

If you choose priority processing as your shipping option, your item will be fast-tracked to the front of the line to be created first and sent out within 24-36 hours, the shipping method itself is not faster; priority processing is just about the customization process.

When your item is sent, you will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with a tracking number.

Returns:
